DIABETIC FOOT WITH GANGRENE

Before

The gentleman flew down all the way from Vizag purely because of word of mouth, as I happened to treat one of his relatives with similar vascular problem. He was a 68 year old gentleman , heavy smoker and an uncontrolled diabetic. Developed gangrene of the 2nd and third toes which were removed by a general surgeon. He was bedridden, unable to walk due to pain. His angiogram showed multiple blockage in his arteries for which he needed a bypass. I counselled and convinced him to quit smoking and got his sugars under control. Post bypass he showed drastic improvement , ulcer healed in a month . He is now able to walk and perform his day to day activities comfortably`
